Only in Grand Prairie

Local facts that shape property risk.

Hail & percentage deductibles

Grand Prairie properties often face percentage wind/hail deductibles and cosmetic-damage endorsements — document functional damage, not just dents.

ACV roof schedules

Many Texas policies pay roofs on ACV or age schedules — check declarations before accepting the roof figure.

Water & freeze losses

Sudden water and freeze claims turn on cause, timing, and heat maintenance — plumber reports matter.

Commercial & multifamily spans

Retail, warehouses, and apartments take large open spans — scopes grow when decking, HVAC, and BI enter the file.

What hits Grand Prairie properties

The losses we document most often.

Hail & severe thunderstorms

Hail cores across Dallas County bruise shingles, crack tiles, dent soft metals, and open leak paths carriers call cosmetic.

Straight-line wind & storms

Severe wind lifts coverings, fails flashings, and starts water paths — especially on aging roof stock.

Water intrusion & plumbing

Roof leaks meeting condensate or supply-line failures cascade through homes and rentals — document early.

Commercial, retail & multifamily

Retail, warehouses, and apartments take large open spans — scopes grow when decking, HVAC, and BI enter the file.

Text an adjuster
How long does a Texas insurer have to accept or reject my claim?

Under the Texas Prompt Payment of Claims Act, an insurer generally must accept or reject a claim in writing within 15 business days after receiving all items it reasonably requested — or within 45 days if it tells you why it needs more time. A rejection must state the reasons (Tex. Ins. Code § 542.056). Exact timelines depend on the facts; this is educational orientation, not legal advice.

What does a public adjuster review cost in Texas?

The claim review is free. If we take your claim, fees and services are explained in a written agreement before representation. Texas regulates public adjusters; we work under published license 3475757 and confirm current status before engagement.

My HOA or condo has a master-policy claim — do I still need my own?

Often yes. Master-policy repairs may cover common elements while your unit interior or improvements still sit on an HO-6 or homeowners form. We help sort association vs. unit documentation.

Can you help with hail or wind claims in Grand Prairie?

Yes. Hail and wind claims are core Texas work — percentage deductibles, cosmetic-damage endorsements, and ACV roof schedules are common fight points. Bring photos, the estimate, and your declarations page.

Can you help after I have already been paid?

Underpaid and partially paid claims are a core part of our work. Bring the estimate, payment breakdown, denial or partial-payment letter, photos, and policy. A review does not guarantee an additional check.
